[hunchentoot-devel] 'max-threads' behavior for Hunchentoot

Dear Hunchentoot maintainers,

I've merged Scott's changes with the latest upstream hunchentoot from
darcs (version 1.1.0 from 2010-01-09) and my XCVB changes.

Here it is attached.

Can you either apply or tell me how I may change the thing to fit your
standards?
