Yes, *REWRITE-FOR-SESSION-URLS* controls whether HTML pages output by
Hunchentoot should be rewritten. REDIRECT doesn't write HTML pages,
it just sends headers. Use the :ADD-SESSION-ID keyword argument if
you don't want the session ID to be added.
