Are you using:

   (asdf:oos 'asdf:load-op :hunchentoot-test)
   (hunchentoot:start-server :port 4242)

and visiting http://localhost:4242/hunchentoot/test to get a test
page?

FWIW, that works fine for me on LispWorks on OS X.
