[hunchentoot-devel] Different speed loading images from static apache and hunchentoot handler

Sorry Edi, I am in the process of moving it to SBCL this is why it doesn't
work.
I don't use MP::STARTUP-IDLE-AND-TOP-LEVEL-LOOPS explicitly, maybe some
other package uses it?
