SLIME 2.17 and macrostep on MELPA stable: needs 0.9, only 0.8 available?

The bundled version is there for people that don't use MELPA.

It does, but for some reason 0.9 wasn't tagged so it doesn't show up
in the stable collection. Should be fixed soon:
