It will mostly flood my spam folder because notifications at travis-ci.org
is not subscribed to neither list and messages from non-subscribers need
moderation.

I don't suppose that anybody knows the "email command" to make mlmmj
ignore messages from non-subscribers?  Or even the list of all the
commands for a moderator?  Google doesn't seem to know them.
