[slime-devel] problems with loading files CYGWIN, CLISP

I can only say that

(swank-backend::parse-cygwin-filename "/home/stephen/test.lisp")

works just fine with CLISP 2.48 on Linux.
I don't see why it wouldn't work on Windows.
