I am using sbcl 1.0.25 with 2009-03-27 cvs version of slime. It seems almost random whether or not the Slime Compiler Notes buffer will come up or not. For serious errors, it seems less frequent. Slime Compilation Finished Hook has only 'slime-list-compiler-notes' set, others are off. Any pointers where to look? wgl
