[slime-devel] cvs-mailcommit missing from the new box?

common-lisp.net was moved to a new server or something, and
cvs-mailcommit wasn't installed.  
It should work now (unless I botched up with permissions again).

Also, several messages to slime-devel of the last week are missing.
