doing this The Right Way(TM) requires re-implementing parse-partial-sexp
and teaching it to respect #+/#- (unfortuntely p-p-s is C code so
there's no elisp to base the code on). I can think of a few hacks
involving pre parsing the source code in a temp buffer or something, but
that will work well and not make me hurl.
