[slime-devel] [BUG] quitting from sldb after error in thread

On SBCL, evaluating

  (swank::spawn #'(lambda () (error "FOO")))

at the REPL, then pressing `q' in SLDB results in an invocation of
(FIND-RESTART NIL) which is an error in itself.
