[slime-devel] Missed `add-local-hook' renames

Hello,

There are a couple of missing renames for `add-local-hook', which
prevent SLIME from loading properly in Emacs if either `slime-fuzzy'
or `slime-presentation' contribs are used.  The following patch fixes
that.
