[slime-devel] Slime version number inserted after prompt

Hello,

I'm having a small issue with CVS HEAD. The SLIME version number is inserted after the prompt when I start SLIME, so that I see:

CL-USER> ; SLIME 2007-08-31_

Where _ is the point. If I hit enter at this point, I see an assertion failure for (<= (point) slime-repl-input-end-mark).

My emacs is:

GNU Emacs 22.1.1 (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.10.13) of 2007-06-26 on xenbuilder2.fedora.redhat.com

I'm using SBCL 1.0.6.60, if that matters.
