[slime-devel] slime-complete-form on eval-when causes error

Tobias, 

I started looking into your new version of the arglist code and came
across this bug:  In the REPL, I type 

       (eval-when M-x slime-complete-form RET.

This drops me into sldb:

invalid number of arguments: 1
   [Condition of type SB-INT:SIMPLE-PROGRAM-ERROR]

Restarts:
 0: [ABORT] Return to SLIME's top level.
 1: [TERMINATE-THREAD] Terminate this thread (#<THREAD "repl-thread" {B4D9C81}>)
