[slime-devel] swank-cmucl.lisp remove-gc-hooks

The variables EXT:*GC-NOTIFY-AFTER* and EXT:*NOTIFY-BEFORE* should
hold functions and should be NIL. This affects the function
REMOVE-GC-HOOKS in swank-cmucl.lisp which sets them to NIL, (should
one happen to use it). I believe the following Changelog entry applies:

Appended is a fix which sets them back to the original parameters.
