[slime-devel] who-calls vs list-callers

can we drop the list-callers interface and just use who-calls? i don't
think slime sholud expose two ways to do the same thing. if we want
structure slime's xref implementation in two layers, for whatever
technical reasons caused us to have these two functions, i'm fine with
that.
