[slime-devel] filename patch

I am having troubles with the filename handling in slime. The load
path to slime ends up being something like this:

        ~/Tools/UPSTREAM/slime/...

which the lisp (including both CMUCL and SBCL) doesn't like.

The following patch fixes the problem for me:
