[slime-devel] Don't know if this is SLIME or ASDF

I get into this state fairly often after I try an (oos 'load-op
:whatever) that goes south and then, after fixing whatever the problem
is, try again:

  File #P"/tmp/packages.lisp" does not exist.
     [Condition of type FILE-ERROR]

  Restarts:
0: [NIL] Prompt for a different filename to compile
    1: [RETRY] Retry performing #<COMPILE-OP NIL @ #x7174abea> on #<CL-SOURCE-FILE "packages" @ #x713d61da>.
    2: [ACCEPT] Continue, treating #<COMPILE-OP NIL @ #x7174abea> on #<CL-SOURCE-FILE "packages" @ #x713d61da> as having been successful.
3: [ABORT] Abort handling SLIME request.
4: [ABORT] Abort entirely from this (lisp) process.

Needless to say I don't keep my source code in /tmp so I'm not sure
why its looking there. Anyway, this may just be as ASDF problem but I
was wondering if this happens to anyone else?
