Unfortunately, SBCL progresses very quickly, and releases once a month
- so it's not surprising that ports would be behind.

0.8.13 introduced some new features specially for SLIME. As a result,
SLIME references some symbols that aren't external in previous versions
of SBCL, and this causes a compile error.
