INVOKE-RESTART was indeed fixed a while ago.
It would have made far too much sense to have fixed the same bug in
INVOKE-RESTART-INTERACTIVELY at the same time (and I assume that
SLIME's calling INVOKE-RESTART-INTERACTIVELY.) As of a few minutes
ago, INVOKE-RESTART-INTERACTIVELY seems to be fixed in OpenMCL's CVS;
I hope that this fixes the problem.
