But ASDF itself can change the rules.  E.g., it could say that the
user has to supply a function that returns a list a of all names.  I
think that would be a nifty feature.  I don't quite know how asdf
relates to asdf-install, but it would definitely be cool to have a
list of all asdf-installable packages.
