[slime-devel] extended apropos

when i us apropos i often only sorta kinda maybe know what i'm looking
for, i've always wanted an apropos which allowed me to be a bit more
selective in my searches and not have to be so damn precise in the
spelling. this is my attempt at such an apropos. The interface is
designed to be just like slime-apropos, but it asks a few more
questions.
