Fixing `C-c M-q' at the REPL. Thanks to André Thieme for pointing
out that it has been broken since several months.
* slime.el (slime-reindent-defun): Use functions
`slime-beginning-of-defun' and `slime-end-of-defun' that were
introduced in the last changeset.
