    Fixed a problem where copy-result was called, but that function had
    been deleted in favor of specialized ones.  Changed those calls to the
    more specific versions.
    
    Systematically added a from-end=? to remove and delete functions with
    count=other.
    
    Implemented remove-if and remove-if-not.
