[s-xml-devel] patch for reporting xml-parser-errors

Dear list,

I believe that there is a bug in the current REPORT method of
xml-parser-error that causes it to raise an implementation-dependent
error when the underlying XML-PARSER-ERROR-STREAM exists but is closed
(and henceforth it is not possible to call FILE-POSITION on it).
Attached is a patch.
