[rlx] windows version of Invader

Shawn, 

Thanks so much for your work on this!!! I saw how many dll's you
included and realized it would probably have taken me weeks to make this
work. 

But, someone tested it out and it looks like it can't find any of the
DLLs. It seems to check for them in a fixed path: 

  z:\\work\\git\\frameworks\\win32\\

Putting all the dlls in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 did not help.

So I wonder what's next?
