[regex-coach] Flood dialog help

When you click "in Help"?  Do you mean when you click on one of the
entries in the "Help" menu?  Which one?

Note that the Linux version of Regex Coach is no longer supported.
But just out of curiosity, which OpenMotif or Lesstif version are you
using?
