I'm a bit sceptical regarding a new mailing list for CL beginners.
For one, it would further support fragmentation.  For another,
starting the two lists at the same time will likely lead to confusion
(where do I post this?).  I think we should start get pro@ going and
then maybe consider adding a new list for beginners.
