I'd found this when worked with portable Aserve on Fedora Linux with
SBCL and CMUCL. Sometimes :abort = t was not enough and long lived
process left hundreds of unclosed file descriptors. Probably authors
of TRIVIAL-SOCKETS found this behaviour before me. This code is based
on appropriate part of TRIVIAL-SOCKETS.
