[mod-lisp-devel] Compiled binary for Windows and Apache 2.2.21

Hello folks,

I am new to this module.
I have downloaded modlisp-for-apache-2.2.8-win32.zip from the repository and
extracted the file mod_lisp2-2-8.so to modules directory. But when starting
apache, it says

httpd: Syntax error on line 113 of D:/Program Files/Apache Software
Foundation/Apache2.2/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load D:/Program Files/Apache
Software Foundation/Apache2.2/modules/mod_lisp2-2-8.so into server: The
specified module could not be found.

Line 113 is just
  LoadModule lisp_module modules/mod_lisp2-2-8.so

Is this binary obsolete for Apache 2.2.21?
Has anybody got mod_lisp2 compiled for the latest Apache for Windows
version?
