[mkcl-devel] MKCL 1.1.0 RC3 is now available

MKCL 1.1.0 RC3, is now available for general use.

ASDF has been upgraded to 2.23.6. Note that initial default value of
asdf:*central-registry* is now NIL,
which is significantly different from the previous version (2.011). You may
have to adjust your
environment accordingly.

The Quicklisp port preview previously mentioned on mkcl-devel is also
expected to be fully
functional, please report if it is not.

On Win64, the prebuild installation package had to back away from gcc 4.7.1
down to gcc 4.5.4
following a report of bad code optimization in gcc 4.7.X and gcc 4.6.X on
x86_64 for some
version of Intel Core2 CPUs. There is no loss of functionality in MKCL
because of this.
