[mcclim-devel] faster clim-clx:pixel-translator

[Nikodemus Siivola]

One of the reasons IMAGE-TO-XIMAGE is slow is that pixel translators
are _really_ slow.

Attached patch fixes this bit. (On SBCL at least -- presumably
elsewhere as well.)
