[mcclim-devel] committed Guided tour patches

I have committed in the textual patches I announced earlier, since I
had no complaints.

I also fixed a number of the bib entries --- these were all in @misc
format, so they didn't get displayed correctly.

All these changes format fine for me.

If I have caused any problems. please drop me a line immediately, and
I'll fix them.  Consider this a pre-apology if I have!
