I confirm this build problem.  I am currently able to build Scigraph
only with MK:DEFSYSTEM.  With MK:DEFSYSTEM in your Lisp image, load
system.lisp and evaluate the forms:

  (mk:oos :scigraph :compile)

  (mk:oos :scigraph :load)
