[mcclim-devel] Adding the inspector application to McCLIM

Hello, 

I am thinking of adding the rudimentary inspector application that I 
started writing as an application in the McCLIM tree.  This would
allow for other people to work on it without my having to apply
patches, and of course it would be in a CVS tree. 

Any objections?
