(1) if Common-Lisp  can process Chinese characters as arguments? (2) Can Common Lisp nested a nested system? (3) Does Common Lisp have or be linked  data base? (4) Can Common Lisp run in Andriod?(5) Can Common Lisp call or being called by C/C++?(6) Does Common Lisp need to be paid or free? Best regards
