who can I contact to remove a malicious paste?

This paste has been causing me some grief.   It was posted by someone but I
have no idea who and why.   My personal contact information is listed on it
for some reason as well as my 17 year old niece.  Please remove it or point
me in the direction to where I can request to have it removed?

It's just a bunch of peoples personal information..addresses, phone numbers
ect.
