thanks for the patch, but it seems to be based on an old version of
local-time. and as i'm not using windows...

could you please check out the latest from the repo and redo the patch
based on that?

darcs get http://www.common-lisp.net/project/local-time/darcs/local-time

and once the changes are done use either:

darcs record
darcs send -o /tmp/foo.patch

or at least send the output of:

darcs whatsnew -u
