[local-time-devel] CCL+Darwin bug (gettimeofday)

Above shows the output of running chronicity tests on CCL trunk on OS X. 
A few tests fail because of this error:

Undefined function X86-DARWIN64::|gettimeofday| called with arguments 
(#<A Foreign Pointer [stack-allocated] (:* (:STRUCT :TIMEVAL)) 
#xB1105E60> #<A Null Foreign Pointer>) .

Is this due to a bug in local-time?
