[local-time-devel] local-time in the Pacific

Hi

local-time still declaims that offsets must be in the range (integer -43199
43199) -- a maximum approaching +12 hours. This excludes NZST (UTC+12),
NZDT (UTC+13) and other valid zones up to UTC+14. A range of (integer
-43199 50400) would allow timestamps in all Pacific zones in zoneinfo to be
used.

This was reported some months ago, but it appears not to have had any
response.[1] It looks like a bug to me; is there any chance this could be
fixed?
