[local-time-devel] Dependency on CL-FAD

Hello, I was wondering what the rational was for including a  
dependency on CL-FAD in 0.9.2?

CL-FAD doesn't build on OS X (:sb-executable does not get built by  
default; I haven't tried a custom build yet, but it certainly won't be  
there via MacPorts or similar).  This inhibits my adoption of local- 
time, which I was just getting comfortable with.

Could there be at least a feature to avoid the dependency that I could  
enable on platforms that don't support it?
