Hi Holly,

Do you have OpenSSL installed? I've been using the Win32 OpenSSL
v0.9.8g Light installer from
http://www.slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html.  I used the
default installation paths for OpenSSL when installing.

Sorry the OpenSSL requirement wasn't detailed in the Lispy user guide.
 I'll make a note to add that to the documentation.
