[lisppaste-requests] blank page after submitting a paste does not inspire confidence

In fact, the blank page confused me into pasting the same thing twice,
as <http://paste.lisp.org/display/127416> and
<http://paste.lisp.org/display/127417>. So, um, it would probably be a
good idea to either give the paster a page that says something like
"Thanks for pasting! Should our operative in #emacs fail to announce
your paste, it has been assigned the URL
<http://paste.lisp.org/display/127416>.", or just redirect the paster
straight to the assigned URL.

(Also, your operative in #emacs seems not to be working at the moment?)
