[lisppaste-requests] Weird newlines being added to lisppaste

Hey,

I pasted the diff file attached to this email as a paste here:

  http://paste.lisp.org/display/80430

For some reason, double newlines have been added.

I tried an annotation with just a snippet, making sure that there were no double
new lines or weird trailing spaces. Again, the same problem seems to happen. Do
you know what's going on here? Even the raw file shows this.
