[lisppaste-requests] URL for all pastes for a channel

Hiya-

It'd be helpful to have a bookmarkable url for viewing a filtered list  
of pastes for a channel.  Currently, this only works via POST at http://paste.lisp.org/list 
   It'd be hot to be able to view the list for a channel at: http://paste.lisp.org/list/new/thechannel
