    <rel top="http://paste.lisp.org/list/None" />

This would allow me to move between them in emacs-w3m by simply
pressing SPC at the bottom of the page (to go to next), DEL at the top
of the page (to go to prev), and u to go to the first page.

I guess other browsers can use these links meaningfully, too --
certainly html2ps can, and there's a (sucky) firefox plugin.
