[lift-devel] A few interactivity patches

I sent in a patch awhile ago (last year), and at that time you mentioned
you might try to merge it:

I had a couple other patches that I thought you might find useful, but
didn't know if they would apply without the original I sent in.
These patches:
 * Improve interactive testing experience
 * arguments on ensure-raised conditions are available for inspection
 * current test and suite names are included in "ensure" generated messages

Not sure if you ever got around to merging these, from last time, but I
think they apply cleanly on the darcs repo at
http://common-lisp.net/project/lift/

Please let me know if the patch format is incorrect, or you would like a
udiff instead.
