it seems to be reasonable to make compliments - I couldn't loop without 
iterate!! :)) Thanks a lot.

I am just wondering, if people would be interested to exchange iterate 
extensions... maybe a second package like iterate+ could grow up. I 
might volunteer as a maintainer...
