    CREATE-PROCESS: add support for PTYs
    
    Add a new keyword argument NEW-SESSION to CREATE-PROCESS and allows
    :PTY as value of :STDIN, :STDOUT or :STDERR in which case a new PTY is
    allocated for the process and used as its controlling TTY
