[Gsll-devel] GSLL failed with CCL Trunk

There's something odd with CCL here; it's unable to load
compiled definitions for +nan+, +positive-infinity+ and
+negative-infinity+ when it can evaluate them.  I've sent
an email to the ccl mailing list but in the meantime
conditionalized these away for CCL.
